The working principle of freight elevator mainly depends on the coordinated work of its internal core components and systems. The basic structure of freight elevator includes traction system, guide system, car, door system, weight balance system, electric traction system and electrical control system, etc.
Traction system
The traction system is the core part of the elevator, which is mainly composed of traction machine, traction wire rope, guide wheel and anti-rope wheel. The traction machine is connected to the car and counterweight through wire rope, and uses the friction between the traction wheel and the wire rope to drive the elevator up and down. The power of the traction machine is transmitted to the traction wheel after the speed change of the reducer to realize the lifting and lowering movement of the car.
Guide system
The guide system consists of guide rails, guide shoes and guide rail frames. Its main function is to limit the freedom of movement of the car and counterweight to ensure that they can only move vertically along the guide rails. The guide shoes are installed on the car and counterweight to reduce friction and noise and ensure the smooth operation of the elevator.
Car
The car is the main part for transporting goods, which consists of a car frame and a car body. It can move up and down in the elevator shaft to facilitate the loading and unloading of goods.
Door system
The door system includes car doors and floor doors, which are responsible for sealing the floor entrance and car entrance. The door machine controls the opening and closing of the door to ensure the safe entry and exit of passengers and goods.
Weight balance system
The weight balance system is mainly composed of counterweight and weight compensation device, which is used to balance the weight of the car, reduce the power consumption of the motor, and ensure the stable operation of the elevator.
Electric traction system and electrical control system
The electric traction system provides power and controls the speed of the elevator. It consists of traction motor, power supply system, speed feedback device and motor speed control device. The electrical control system is responsible for operating and controlling the operation of the elevator, including operating device, position display device, control panel, etc.
